Andy O’Brien (Pastor and Elder)

Andy is married to Becca and they have three teenage or nearly teenage boys. He enjoys running, cycling, history and homemade pizza. Andy loves teaching the Bible, seeing people grow in their faith and discovering more about Jesus. He’s excited to serve this church family in the diverse and dynamic community of Wandsworth.

Linda Trevitt (Pastoral Worker)
Linda first joined All Saints as a congregation member when it was a new church plant in 2008, and she has been involved since then (including as a mission partner during a brief stint of student ministry in the Czech Republic.) She loves living in London and enjoys visiting galleries, plays and nice cafés when she has the chance. She’s also a member of a local rowing club and enjoys good music. She loves that All Saints is in London yet feels very much like a local church.

Doug Allord (Music & AV Ministries)
Doug has served as a Pastor of Worship Arts for over 20 years. He and his wife Rachel hail from the United States, have 2 adult children and are in the UK with ReachGlobal. He’s a big fan of sci-fi and dystopian fiction, as well as good art, great coffee and well-made movies. One of his greatest joys is seeing people fully engage in worshipping Jesus in Spirit and Truth. Doug serves alongside Andy, Matt and Sergey as an elder.
Rachel Allord (Children’s Ministry Leader)
Rachel is an author, avid reader and street food aficionado. She loves her family, traveling to new places and the endless streets London has to explore. She values story and believes it’s a key to understanding complex topics, for both children and adults.

Matthew Barnes (Senior Elder)
Matt serves alongside Andy, Doug and Sergey as an elder. He is married to Anoushka and they have two children, Joel and Phoebe. Originally from Australia, he now lives in Earlsfield and works in the City.
Sergey Fedichkin (Elder)
Sergey has been attending All Saints since 2016. He enjoys getting involved in different ministries, from playing electric guitar on Sundays to helping with the church garden. He’s married to Sasha and they have two kids. He works as a management consultant and really loves being part of the All Saints family.
